| Description | When adding new MP3 tracks to the library, MediaMonkey fails to import the Comment field from ID3v1 tags. It will only import the Comment field from tracks with an ID3v2 tag. This problem did not exist in MM2.5. I was able to reproduce this as follows: I took an mp3 file and copied it to an external flash drive. I cleared all the visible tags by deleting them from the Properties panel. I then cleared ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags. Next, I added some text to the Comment field through the MM properties panel, and synchronized the tags (Ctrl+S). After that I cleared only the ID3v2 tags. I then removed the flash drive and put it into another computer. I viewed the drive through MM and the comments field was empty. | ||||
