Summary0005229: My Computer Node does not respect 'modify timestamp' option
DescriptionAs reported @ http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=36296 when working in the My Computer node, MediaMonkey will always modify the file timestamps even if the option (Tools > Options > Library > Tags and Playlists) is unchecked.

Despite the fact that the config is sub to 'Library', I agree that this should be fixed (though we might want to think about re-ordering the Tags and Playlists config in the future).
