Summary0005488: Add support for iPod Shuffle 3rd gen (with speech)
DescriptionThis new iPod Shuffle model isn't currently supported by MM.

An analysis showed that there are actually 2 things:
1. We need to add support for correct iTunesSD writing to the device (since its format is completely changed here).
2. We need to write a WAV file for each track synchronized that speaks track title (i.e. Text-To-Speech).
