Summary | 0005522: Dialog boxes enabled via the View menu overwrite the taskbar and don't snap to MM
Description | For example if View > Properties is enabled: i) the resulting dialog box overwrites the taskbar ii) these dialogs snaps to the screen edge (instead of to the MM border) This is non-standard behaviour for a windows app. Equally important, script dialogs which have StayOnTop property, should not behave in this manner either.

Since I reported this, just to clarify some things (about you could already read if you follow the mentioned link): 1. not all dialog boxes are affected, but only modeless, like the mentioned Track Properties from the View menu; 2. those dialog boxes should not snap to the MM border as it is mentioned, but to the Task bar or Windows tool bars edge, in same way as the main MM window snaps to the Task bar and its modal dialog boxes; 3. if you maximize some modeless dialog box, e.g. File / Create Reports / Statistics, it also overlaps Task bar and other Windows tool bars. |

I haven't checked whether it's skinned or non-skinned problem only, it should be fixed in the appropriate version. |
|
This is still unresolved (3.2.0.1294), year and half after it is reported. |

It is not mentioned, but this problem only has skinned version of the program. |
