| Description | If an older build is configured in skinless mode and the user upgrades to 3.1.0.1246, then the installer doesn't check what configuration was used by the user (i.e. it defaults to skinned mode, rather than defaulting to whatever config was previously used). If unskinned mode was used previously, then the installer should 'know' and default to unskinned mode. | ||||
