Summary0006057: Visible node switching occurs on startup
DescriptionIf the user has MM in any node other than the library node, and then closes/restarts MM, on restart, there's some visible node switching that occurs: MM first starts off in the Library node, and then after about .5s, switches to the correct node.

The problem seems to be worse when:
-Now playing node is active with AA+Details view
-File monitor is active

Setting to urgent because it's quite visible at every startup and makes MM appear slow.

Yes, but this delay needs to be there, because this action needs to wait for some background threads like the one that scans drive letters etc. Jumping to some nodes (like My Computer subnodes) cannot be performed earlier, because they haven't been initialized yet.
