Summary	0006359: Full Tracks played from URL can't be seekable
Description	In case that MM plays full track from URL there is no way to seek within track even track is fully cached/downloaded locally. Note same goes in case M3U that contain full track urls is loaded. More details in supplied ticket.

I have made some improvements in this area for MM 4.0. Most formats work (MP3, WMA, FLAC, OGG, WMV, AVI, MP4, M4A, M4B), but not all yet.
