Summary | 0006541: Minimize/restore/close buttons don't function as expected when maximized
Description | After MM is maximized the control buttons in the title bar do not glow, have any hover effects, and the button to the left of the minimize button does not work at all. Moreover, when MM isn't maximized, the button to the left of the minimized button has no hover effect, although it does work.
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Maximize MM4 2. Hover over minimize, restore, or close button in titlebar 3. Observe no glow effect
