| Description | When a video file fails to sync, the following error arises: "there was a problem synchronizing the following items:", and the problems items are listed below. However, the nature of the sync problem is obfuscated, because the list of files only shows the files, due to the width of the display. Users will usually not even realize that more information exists! Proposed solutions. Either: a) Split 'File' column into 2 columns: File, Problem b) Display the full error text with each error left justified, and subsequent lines associated with that error indented. Option b is probably cleaner. Note: this approach can be used universally for the error dialog. | ||||
