Summary	0007058: Equalizer doesn't apply to video
Description	I didn't think that this would be an issue, but it seems that some users would like the Equalizer to be able to apply to Video files. Note: I wonder if it would be a good idea to allow users to set up default equalizer settings for certain file Types (in the Player rules).

It requires resolving some minor issues and implementing some interface between main app. and video plugin, and between video plugin and some DS filter (probably I would extend resample filter). It would work only for DirectShow playback. I don´t know Media Foundation enough to tell, how hard is to implement this there.
