Summary0007319: WASAPI plugin outputs static when DFX plugin is enabled
DescriptionThe workaround is to enable Exclusive mode, however, this shouldn't be necessary.

Assigning to Jiri to verify whether this is a bug in WASAPI plugin or DFX.

This is generally a problem of DSP plug-ins that don't support all possible Channels, Samplerate and Bit-depth combinations. The only possible solution would be to configure for each DSP which kind of formats it supports and when such a DSP is enabled and incompatible format is being played, it would be converted for this DSP plug-in. However, we'll need to review whether there's even need for such a complex solution.

Note: this same issue applies to all DSP plugins e.g.

We'll need to update the website to indicate incompatibility with WASAPI output plugin.

There's not much to investigate, as this depends on individual DSP plug-ins.
