Summary | 0007340: Tabs in Title bar: UI artifacts when large number of tabs exist
Description | If the number of Tabs in the title bar exceed the width of the title bar, then: a) the '+' tab fails to appear b) the Right/Left scroll buttons render on top of a tab. they should render in such a manner that they appear similarly to the '+' tab (this may be fixed by skinners) c) if the window is resized while the Left/Right scroll buttons are active: -there are screen redraw issues -the maximize/minimize buttons are overwritten by the scroll buttons / tabs

It's not fixed here on XP in 1367 1) Window maximized 2) Start adding new tabs via + sign 3) Resize window before tabs fill bar 4) Add more tabs (windows was still not full) 5) Tabs fill window, + disappears, scroll buttons don't show 6) Resize window to show + and scroll buttons (showing on top of white tab. see screenshot) |

Previous issue is fixed. New issue (see screenshot tab issue2) were MM won't allow me to scroll right enough to be able to see the right most tab fully and allow me to close it. Also + sign doesn't open new tab anymore in that position (View > New Tab does). |

This is not fixed here in 1369 on XP, problem persists as reported. Another problem is that when you open a second tab and close the first tab that the + sign also fails to open a new tab. You can still open it through the View menu though, after which the + sign will work again. |

Fixes verified in 1371. Remaining issue is that + sign no longer adds new tabs once a new tab added is hidden. 1) Start with 1 tab 2) Add new tabs with + 3) When new tab added is partially hidden any new tabs added with + won't be added. Adding with View menu still works. Also tab scroll buttons can remain and + sign shows in incorrect location after closing tabs (tab issue3.jpg). A clue might be that on restart of MediaMonkey tabs appeared again. |
