Summary	0007377: Some Aero player buttons are flashing on mouse-over
Description	Mouse over aero-player buttons and notice some flashing. There is also some flashing in the volume bar with equalizer on mouseover (vitreous skin). Video at http://img98.imageshack.us/i/qq9.mp4/

~~stephen_platt~~ 2011-02-15 22:30 developer ~0023113	buttons are no longer flashing, but I still notice some flashing in the equalizer/volume bar and in the ratings panel (ratings panel is much better than in previous builds, though).
