Summary0000740: Improve usability of add folders dialog
DescriptionThere are a number of issues that hurt usability of the add folders dialog. I think it's worth fixing for 2.0.2 since:
a) it's one of the first dialogs that the user sees
b) some of the issues make the dialog a major pain

1) There is an insufficient amount of space for browsing folders, making it selection quite a pain. I'm e-mailing a suggested revised layout that involves moving the File Types section to the right (i.e. widening the dialog).

2) If a child is checked off, but a parent isn't, the parent's checkbox is blacked out. This looks like a bug--normally this results in the parent's checkbox being greyed out.

3) The 'Advanced' button should be changed to 'Options'

4) There should be a space after each ',' in the Selected folders dialog so that the text is readable

5) The icon that represents a MS Workgroup needs to be changed (the globe icon looks like a superset of the parent icon!!). I'm mailing you the 'workgroup' icon that is used in MS Explorer for this purpose.

Fixed in build 573.
 1) The dialog itself is resizable, so user can asjust its size to see as many folders as he needs. Maybe it isn't obvious and we could add a status bar with the size grip to make resizing easier. I'm also making the default height a little bigger. I would prefer not to do other changes to the dialog, because
 - it's used for other purposes too
 - in the next version I would like to move file types selection box to options dialog and thus allow its modifications there only. The reason is that I don't think it of much value here, it's as needed as any other 'Library option'.

 2) I changed it to default system setting. Btw, it's completely different when XP themes are used (a green box).

 3&4) Fixed

 5) Leaving as a change to all file-system related icons.

Re-opening to track:
1) Configuration of file types to be scanned (in the options dialogs)

Note: I'm not sure how to do this in a manner that gives the user the ability to scan for files that MM isn't associated with (e.g. if MM scans for AVI files, but the file association for AVI files remains WMP).
