Summary	0007415: Sync button in tree doesn't work
Description	There are several problems with the sync button that appears next to a Device node in the tree: 1) It doesn't work 2) There is no hot/active state when the cursor hovers over it, or clicks it 3) Attempts to click it cause the tree to move up and down
