| Description | Build 1356 cannot run to complete the installation in some environments. As soon as it's run, the following error dialog appears (see attached), and there's no way around it (i.e. I have to forcibly terminate MM using Task Manager). The error occurs even when a clean install of MM is done beforehand (i.e. uninstall of MM, and delete db). The only way to get MM to work is by installing in portable mode. Note: this problem occurs on my machine, but not Stephens. I suspect that it's related to the fact that MM was previously installed in portable mode on my machine (and that perhaps some registry entry isn't being cleaned up). Perhaps MM is trying to install in portable mode in spite of the fact that the installer is set not to. | ||||
