Summary0007784: It's possible to scan the Media Server content cache
DescriptionIf the user sets a custom auto-conversion content cache for the UPnP Media Server, it's possible for the user to accidentally scan that cache which may cause various problems (similar to scanning the virtual CD).

Is it 'urgent' to prevent this possibility?

This is causing a regression, no folders are scanned. I found out that it's because UPNP_CacheDir is empty. We should make sure it isn't empty and for additional safety also don't make the check in case this string (or VCD or Previews folder) accidentally is empty.

I also wonder, the sources indicate that user should get a warning in case he scans a VCD/Previews/cache folder - but it didn't happen to me?

Reminder sent to: jiri, rusty

Fixed in build 1377.

Note that after all scanning is completed, you need to click the [Show Errors] button to show error dialog with:

'Error scanning directory ____ This directory is used exclusively for Previews or Virtual CD content'

we might want to change the string to include also the Media Server transcoding cache. Rusty?
