Summary	0008013: <Summary> mask and [Summary] section in .ini file should show volume %
Description	Currently using the [SongTitle] section in a player.ini for skin will show the Volume % when adjusting the volume. But for skins that opt for <Summary> mask or a [Summary] section, it is not possible to show the volume percent when adjusting it.
