Summary	0008052: 'Pause' should stop a radio stream
Description	If a user is listening to a shoutcast stream and presses 'Pause' and then 'Play' a couple of minutes later, playback resumes from the point at which the audio was paused, but then stops once the buffer empties, and then restarts. For netradio, 'Pause' should actually Stop playback.

jiri 2011-06-30 06:30 administrator ~0026463	I'm deferring the target past 4.0, since this is how many applications work and changing it would require quite some testing to make sure it doesn't bring any problems.
