If I understand correctly, you haven't restarted MM or reconnected the device between the two syncs, right? It's expected behavior then, since MM4 scans the device only once and so it can't know about any possible changes to the device while it's connected to PC. I understand that it would be nice to detect even this case, but I think that it's really a problem for testing only, in real live cases it should be ok. We could consider adding a 'Rescan' button to the device though, or maybe better a checkbox in Device Options '[ ] Rescan on each sync'. |
