| Description | The summary column can only be enabled: - In Art & Details view - In Details view IFF the playlist contains multiple filetypes I'm not clear on the logic of that--i.e. I would have expected that it could be enabled in any view independent of a nodes content. Clarification? | ||||

The intent in 0006509 was that the user should be able to define a 'Summary' column for Collections in which the content is mixed, so that the summary column can display relevant information no matter the content Type. This means that 'Summary' is most relevant to mixed Collections, however, it doesn't mean that it should be disabled from any other Collection/Node/View. |

Re-opening. The summary column can now be enabled in other views, but it is now 'Forced' whenever a search is performed. e.g. 1 search Music for 'beatles' --> a collapsed summary column appears 2 get rid of the Summary column and do step 1 --> the Summary column re-appears |
