Summary0008256: D&D artwork from explorer to Properties -> Artwork doesn't work
Description1. Not sure if this ever worked, when D&D an image from windows explorer to 'Properties -> Artwork' window, then mouse cursor indicates [+] sign, but dropping does nothing.

2. If user tries to assign the artwork via Copy/Paste then it doesn't seem to work in MM4 too while it works in MM3, so this one seems to be a regression.

 Fixed in build 1420.

Note that 2. was just a test error (I tried to add a duplicate artwork, therefore it wasn't added)
