Description | If the user hasn't installed the codec pack, and has MM Gold (i.e. auto-conversion enabled by default), then the following occurs upon sync of videos: --> Unable to convert / Download Codec/Cancel dialog appears 1 User presses 'Download Codec' --> Appropriate web page appears (and MM continues to sync in background) 2 User attempts to install the codec --> Because the auto-sync operation is continuing in the background, another Unable to convert / Download Codec/Cancel dialog appears. 3 Any attempts to install the codec by D&D it onto MM --> failure --> step 0-3 continue to repeat... Suggested fix: The Download Codec dialog should appear only once per sync operation. Also, ideally, if the user elects to download the codec, then tracks that require auto-conversion should remain queued until the codec is installed so that they can subsequently be auto-converted. | ||||
