The Security Warning is from IE as WinServer 2003 locks down IE. This security warning pops up right after install/update as MediaMonkey starts in Web node. The issue is on fresh install MediaMonkey will also so the Welcome Configuration screen where user enters things like License. This welcome screen gets hidden behind the main application rendering MediaMonkey unresponsive. Alt+Tab will bring the Welcome Configuration window back to the foreground.

This still happened on 1447 when I installed the normal version. The IE warning dialog sends the Welcome dialog to the background of the application.

There are a couple of other situtations in which this is reproducible:

2) On scanning MM, if the tracks being scanned include a playlist that refer to an external site, then MM triggers a Windows dialog requesting permission for MM to access external locations. If the user does not grant access, then upon completion of the scan, the scan completion dialogs appear behind MM.

3) If MM is closed, and the user inserts a CD, and agrees to Rip CD from the auto-play dialog, then MM opens, but the Rip CD dialog is often hidden.

4) User musicbringer indicates that this consistently occurs for backup script notifications http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=60905 (but I'm unable to replicate).
