Summary | 0008694: Podcasts: Japanese character encoding is lost in some cases (regression)
Description | A small number of Shift-JIS characters become garbled because the current Japanese encoding support is not complete. This can be observed with podcasts such as: http://www.joqr.net/blog/kuniryu/index.xml http://www.tfm.co.jp/podcasts/smj/podcast.xml The issue is reproducable only if Language for apps non-supporting Unicode is set to Japanase in Windows settings.
