Summary | 0008855: Wrong seek in AAC-HE files (when decoded by f_aac_codec)
Description | I observed problem with seek in some M4A files, when using f_aac_codec.dll as decoder. It is related to all files, that contain AAC-HE stream. AAC-LC works ok. Note - it is related to fragmented MP4 and encrypted ISMA files too, problem is always in AAC-HE. Without seek, file is played well till the end. It is not regression, older codec from MM3 does not work too.
Steps To Reproduce | 1) play some AAC-HE file, e.g. http://playready.directtaps.net/smoothstreaming/ISMAAACHE/Taxi3_AACHE.mp4 2) seek e.g. to the second half
