Summary | 0008974: Default "Music" collection should include classical music
Description | Based on feedback in the forum, I think we should include the "Classical" type in the "Music" collection node. There seem to be a lot of users that are confused when their tracks do not show in the "Music" node. They assume that the tracks are not adding to the library, when they just need to check the "Classical" node. As classical music is still music, it seems reasonable to include that type with the Music collection by default. There are quite a few eSupport tickets regarding this as well.

I don't think it is a good idea to show a collection as sub-collection of another collection. I would rather just change the current import tracks algorithm so that it doesn't include rule: if Genre include Word 'Classical' or 'Classical music' then Type = ClassicalMusic and consider all such a tracks as type = Music? User can manually change the Type then. |

Ohh sorry, I misunderstood the issue, it is just about changing rules of collection "Music" from Type = Music, Music Video to Type = Music, Music Video, Classical Music ? It is reasonable then. |
