Summary | 0009131: Some folders created by previous MM versions are for Admins only
Description | It seems that since MM was running elevated in some previous version, some folders (e.g. Podcasts) were created using Admin credential and are then read-only for MM running under non-elevated account. This results in failed Podcast downloads, etc.

As discussed over IM, the best short-term solution will be to try to modify access rights to the commonly accessed folders (Podcasts, Downloads, ...) so that the old access rights problems are resolved. This would be a one-time action on the first run of a newly installed MM. For future MM versions, we could consider a more complex fix, where MM would try to resolve _any_ access rights problems (failed file or folder creations or deletions) by elevation and access right modification. |
