| Description | Android 2.3+ supports equalizer and some additional audio effects. These should be configurable from Options menu and from main overflow menu item in NP activity. The screen that would be shown should allow turning equalizer and other effects on/off and setting parameters of such effects. | ||||

There are a couple of issues that should be resolved in the initial implementation: 1) The checkbox overwrites the 'Use equalizer' text Note: this is tested on an Xperia Pro (ICS 480x854) and Galaxy S3 (JB) . 2) Reset doesn't reset to the default--it resets to a flat setting 3) We should have an icon for the equalizer (we can use the MM8 icon--resized if necessary) 4) There aren't any defaults, and no way to set different settings for different environments. 1) OK 2) This is still problematic--reset should reset to the default of any profile. e.g. if the user is currently using Profile:Pop, then reset should reset the Pop profile (see 4). 3) OK 4) If the user selects the Pop preset and tries to adjust it slightly, then MMA switches to _Custom_ and adjusts that profile. That's not what should happen. What should occur is that if the user selects Pop, and then tweaks it, then the Pop profile should be adjusted (and saved). |

equalizer doesn't work in some cases: - When equalizer view is displayed and last track from tracklist played then new changes don't reflect immediately - fixed in build 234. |
