| Description | User has sent video, for which the picture runs fast to the end and then the sound play for the video length. I have reproduced it only in Windows 7, not in WinXP. The seekbar in Win7 showed wrong values. Other players (WMP, MPC, VLC, GraphStudio) play it, VLC indicates broken index before playback, but plays it then. | ||||

The problem is in Haali media splitter (used by default because of audio stream selection support), that cannot read duration from this file properly, probably because of some damage in the file index, mentioned by VLC. Later, I would try LAV splitter instead of it (0009157). But for now, I will detect audio streams in AVI and will not use Haali for AVIs with only 1 audio stream (in this case we do not need stream selection feature) |
