Description | If you try to rename device title in MediaMonkey interface then the device name changes in MediaMankey, but not in the device and in iTunes, you still see the old name there. | ||||

Tech note: Changing primary container name in DB no longer works. iTunes does it another way. I haven't found how iTunes sends/writes the device name to the device. It seems to be probably somehow encoded and also after several hours of disassembling I haven't found the way. Probably not a big deal for 4.0.5. |
