Summary	0009497: Improve Properties dialog layout for 4.1
Description	Users have made several good points at: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=66681&p=342179#p342183 The MM3 version of the dialog seems cleaner. Issues to look into: 1. Labels on the left from edit lines are less intrusive then when they are above them 2. Separating groups of fields by empty space makes orientation easier in MM3. 3. Making the dialog wider by default, and possibly resizable (e.g taller by ~ 25 pixels, which would make it 600pixels in total, or we could even add up to 168 more, since according to http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_display.asp almost noone uses 800x600 resolution and so the smallest is 1024x768. However, making it wider should be enough).
