Summary | 0009518: Sync with Galaxy S3 can fail due to PLA playlists
Description | Many users have been trying to sync MM with the Galaxy S3, which is becoming the most popular android phone out there. It seems to be experiencing problems similar to what some other Android phones experience when syncing with MM in MTP mode.

Based on the forum posts it looks like the problem isn't in MM, but is caused by some 64GB card. Resolving for now... |
|
Fixed in build 1507. It seems to be the same issue as 0009821 where the problems were caused by playlists synced in PLA format while M3U should be preferred. Details are here: http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=9821#c32638 Test note: Device profile needs to be deleted or M3U needs to be added manually to supported formats. |
