Summary	0009627: Don't show Tray MM icon when nothing is playing back
Description	Currently there's a tray MM icon shown, even though there's no playback at all.

However it now fails to appear when MM is in the background! (tested build 24 on Gingerbread and Jellybean) Edit: to clarify, the notification currently _does_ appear upon a track transition, but I think it would be preferable that it appears immediately upon MM going to background _IFF_ a track is playing.
