Summary0009634: Add Ability to pre-cache auto-converted files that are played next over DLNA/UPnP
DescriptionIn certain conditions the auto-conversion of files send over DLNA takes to long and results in pauses between tracks on the client.
To resolve this the user should be able to set how many upcoming tracks that require conversion should be pre-cached.

The main technical problem here is, that we cannot know which track will be upcoming as only the DLNA client knows its Now Playing queue.

But doesn't MediaMonkey load the queue to the DLNA client in the first place? In other words, a client for example loads a Playlist to play, so wouldn't MediaMonkey now what's on the Playlist and thus what is next (unless client is in Shuffle mode)?

Also do clients wait to request the next song until the end of the song being played or anywhere prior to that? In the latter case it also provides opportunity to pre-cache.
