Summary | 0009700: Switching video between portrait and landscape causes issues
Description | Several issues observed on video playback but highlighting one I could consistently reproduce
Steps To Reproduce | 1. Start video file 2. Repeatedly switch between portrait and landscape Expected: Video will continue playing Actual: after between 5-10 rotations, video player shows a black screen. Seek bar show current position as 00:00. Video data (title, length) still correctly shown MM Build 29
Additional Information | -Device is not crashed or frozen - can navigate back and start the video again (but 50% of the time video does not play) -Also reproduced on HTC desire running 2.3.3, but with lower frequency (~10-20 rotates ) -Not reproduced on Samsung Nexus S running 4.1

Fixed in build 30. |
|
Verified in build 30 on Xperia Pro / Android 2.3. Leaving for Simon to close. |

Still some issues observed after multiple rotates, but behavior is slightly different (video ends without warning) and reproducability lower (20+ rotates), so closing this and will log a separate issue once determined. |
