Description	Peke reports at http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=9718#c32066 that this particular device goes into power saving mode during video playback. It shouldn't. Moreover, when it does so, video seek behavior stops working.

peke 2012-09-20 13:19 developer ~0032092	To clarify this, phone does not goes into power safe mode but video playback gets choppy and orientation (h/v) can't be changed.
