Summary | 0010470: MMA doesn't update MTP content when closing
Description | As reported by a user: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=69973 There are still situations in which MMW can download MMA's DB in malformed state, because MTP content is not updated by MMA. If MMA is running then MMW asks MMA for updated and closed MMA DB and the issue doesn't seem to occur. But in scenario like this: - connect phone over USB - run MMA - edit tracks in MMA - close MMA - init USB sync in MTP mode from MMW it could happen, because MMA doesn't update the content on closing. So the issue here is that MMA should just update DB folder content on closing.

Note that I have reproduced the problem and the scenario was different: 0010487 The MMA was opened, MMA was running, but MMW could not write to the DB because of '-wal' and '-shm' journal files. The solution seems to be to always asks MMA for safe DB copy whenever a journal file ('-wal', '-shm') appear. Will be fixed as 0010487 |

Fixed in build 100 Wal and shm files still remains on storage but I added force commit of changes from wal to DB. |
