Summary	0011217: Sync process sometimes fails to terminate even after cancel is pressed
Description	If the user initiates a sync, and MM displays the 'waiting for other processes to complete' message, and the user presses 'cancel' while that message is being displayed --> the sync dialog closes, and appears to be cancelled, BUT as soon as the scanning indicator (which presumably reflects the process that was blocking sync from proceeding) disappears, the Sync operation begins.

rusty 2014-11-26 19:27 administrator ~0041171	The 'waiting for other processes to complete' no longer occurs often. However, I did notice a situation in which 'cancel' failed to terminate when MMA was searching for a sync server. Re-assignning to me to re-evaluate.
