| Description | A user has suggested that this field would be useful for Classical music fans. In his words: Will MM3 support a GROUPING tag for classical music? In my opinion for classical music such an additional tag is really necessary to store the name of a multi part work (like "Symphony No. 9"). iTunes uses the GROUPING tag, foobar2000 "CONTENT GROUP" and mp3tag uses "CONTENTGROUP". | ||||

From my perspective, this isn't critical, but would be nice to have. So if: -it fits in the form defined in 0003011 -it is understood (i.e. what frames are associated for each tag format ID3: TIT1, VORBIS: ???, etc.) -it is simple to implement Then let's include it in 3.0. |

Btw, re. c - it would possibly make sense to implement as Grouping _____________________________ Orig Year __________ Composer(s) __________________________________________________ Conductor(s) __________________________________________________ because it would leave more place in Composer field, which could be quite lenghty (some users enter it like Beethoven, Ludvig Van (xxxx-yyyy), etc.) When it's done, the following is needed: 1. Add it to COM interface (Jiri). 2. Tag it in MP3, WMA and OGG (MP3-TIT3, others 'Grouping' field) (Jiri) 3.
