Summary | 0005105: Clearing out the search bar doesn't undo the search
Description | If the user clears out the searchbar, in order to undo the search, nothing happens (if the mode of the searchbar is 'Entire Library' or 'Library (filtered)'. This is kind of annoying as it forces the user to use the mouse to switch nodes. A simple fix would be to switch to the previously active node if the user deletes the contents of the search bar.

I'm not sure that this is the best idea. I can also want to clear Search bar in order to write new text there. Maybe Esc key could be used for this purpose? |

Per offline discussion, assigning to Ludek. Logic is that if the user deletes the search text it means either: a) they want to clear the search filter b) enter a new search Reverting to the previous node meets both objectives, but just initiating the new search without reverting to the last node prevents objective a) from being attained. This is how iTunes, WMP and others work--users expect that clearing out the filter will undo its effect. |

There is a problem, Search bar loses focus when it's cleared, causing the subsequently written characters are used for incremental search in tree. |
