Summary	0007003: Skins: Aero Effects Can't be disabled within Skins
Description	As noted by some Skin Developers, Aero Effects added in MM4 can't be disabled in skins made for MM4 http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=279576#p279576 My guess is that something like AeroSupported needs to be added into Settings.ini to ensure that Skin Developer can control Aero Effects
